Travel RN – Labor & Delivery | Wichita, KS | Night Shift

This 13-week travel assignment places you in an active Labor & Delivery unit offering a fast-paced, high-acuity birth care environment. The position runs nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Anticipated start date is November 16, 2026.

Unit Overview

The L&D unit manages the full spectrum of obstetric care, from active labor through delivery and postpartum. The team values a positive, hardworking attitude and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Procedures & Clinical Scope

• C-sections (including circulating role) and inductions
• AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler
• High-risk LDR management
• Postpartum couplet care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current L&D RN experience
• Active RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP
• AWHONN (basic or advanced) or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (IFM) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Postpartum experience
• High-risk LDR experience
