RN Circulator – Operating Room

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced RN Circulator to join the surgical team. You will coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process, ensuring a safe and sterile environment while supporting efficient procedure flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies
• Verify patient identity and surgical procedure before start of case
• Monitor patient status during surgery and document care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists
• Advocate for patient safety and maintain sterile technique at all times
• Respond to on-call obligations as scheduled

Clinical Scope

The surgical unit manages a wide range of procedures including general surgery, bariatric, gynecologic, robotic-assisted, orthopedic, plastic, urologic, and select vascular cases.

Requirements

• Current RN license (state specific)
• Minimum 3 years operating room experience
• ACLS certification required
• On-call availability required

Shift & Contract Details

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 4, 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
