Cath Lab Tech – 13-Week Travel Assignment
Shift: 4 × 10-hour days | Every other weekend | First to float
Contract: 13 weeks

About the Role
The facility's cardiac catheterization lab is a high-volume interventional unit performing 10–22 cases daily across five suites. You'll work as part of a skilled cath lab tech team in a fast-paced environment supporting coronary interventions, peripheral vascular cases, neuro interventions, electrophysiology procedures, and general IR.
Responsibilities
- Assist with conscious and moderate sedation cases
- Monitor hemodynamics and support airway management
- Manage cardiac drips (Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors) and balloon pump operations
- Perform scrub and monitoring duties depending on case needs
- Collaborate with RNs and interventional physicians in a team-based model
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification with Fluoroscopy certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum current cath lab experience required
- Comfort with procedural processes and conscious/moderate sedation protocols
- Proficiency with cardiac medications and hemodynamic monitoring
*Note: RCIS and CCT certifications will not be accepted for this role.*
Schedule & Call
- Rotate on-call 1× per week for inpatient and emergent cases
- Weekend call: 1 weekend per month (Friday evening through Monday morning)
- Subject to change based on unit needs
