Position Overview
The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll deliver direct patient care in a post-the facility setting, working rotating 12-hour shifts to support continuity of care across the treatment team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions focused on functional independence and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document assessments and progress in the patient health record
- Adapt interventions based on patient response and clinical goals
Requirements
- Current OT license (California)
- OTR certification or eligible for licensure in California
- Valid driver's license
Schedule Details
