Radiology Nursing Position

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Radiology nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in San Antonio, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced imaging environment while providing direct patient care and support to the clinical team.

Schedule & Commitment

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (4x10s)
• Call: 8 shifts per month
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 3, 2026
• Positions Available: 1–2 openings

Key Responsibilities

You will provide nursing support across radiology procedures, including patient assessment, IV access, contrast administration, monitoring, and post-procedure care. You'll work alongside radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient patient flow through the department.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Texas)
• Radiology or imaging experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and working in a procedurally intense environment
• Willingness to float between imaging units as needed
