Emergency Department Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking experienced Emergency Department nurses for a 13-week contract assignment.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 4 x 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
- Start Date: November 30, 2026
About the Role
You'll work in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing acute and critical patients across a range of acuities and presentations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, stabilization, trauma management, and coordination with specialty teams. You'll be expected to maintain composure under pressure while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Current RN license (Missouri)
- BLS certification required
- Emergency nursing experience preferred
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Flexible approach to staffing demands
