Operating Room Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), totaling 36 hours weekly, with guaranteed hours throughout your assignment.
Requirements
- Valid GA or compact nursing license
- Minimum 18 months of OR experience within the past 3 years
- Strong orthopedic and neurological surgical skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle diverse surgical cases and multi-specialty environments
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius (non-local travelers only)
Call Schedule
You'll be expected to take 3–4 call shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) per 4-week cycle, with at least one call shift falling on a weekend.
