CT/X-Ray Technologist – Travel Assignment

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a dual-credentialed CT and X-Ray Technologist for a night shift assignment. You will provide diagnostic imaging services across multiple clinical settings, including the operating room, emergency department, and patient bedsides.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Four 10-hour nights per week (Saturday–Tuesday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 26, 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Position patients and adjust immobilization devices to achieve optimal diagnostic views
• Perform routine CT and X-Ray procedures with high proficiency
• Operate fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portable, and OR C-arm equipment
• Set exposure factors and manage film processing
• Deliver mobile imaging at bedside, in the OR, and in the ED
• Apply radiation protection protocols for patient and staff safety
• Organize workflow and communicate effectively with the care team

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire MIRT license (or equivalent state CT/X-Ray license)
• Active ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Minimum 2 years current X-Ray Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated proficiency with fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portables, and OR C-arm
• Experience with all age groups
• Own vehicle required
• Ability to work scheduled holiday rotations (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

Dress Code

Hospital-provided blue scrubs, business casual with lab coat, or plain personal scrubs. Closed-toe shoes required. Hair pulled back if longer than shoulder length; no dangling earrings.
