Medical-Surgical Nursing – Emergency Department

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical nurse for its Emergency Department. You'll provide care to ED patients within your specialty, with potential to float between facilities as needed. Your primary assignment will be at the main location, with shifts scheduled in a local radius.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• You'll know your work location before each shift
• All time-off requests must be submitted upfront

Clinical Scope

You'll manage medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced ED environment, delivering direct patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Current certifications as required by state
• Flexibility to work across assigned facilities within the region
• Willingness to float within your specialty when patient volume dictates
