Telemetry Nurse – Travel Assignment
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (AM shift)
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Start Date: November 16, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes
Requirements
- Current RN license: Georgia or compact state license (in hand at time of hire)
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry experience
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
Clinical Skills & Competencies
- IV insertion
- PICC line placement
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Patient assessment and care coordination

Monitor and assess telemetry patients, document clinical observations, communicate with physicians, administer medications and treatments, and provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
