ICU Nurse – 13-Week Contract

The Opportunity

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to join the team on a 13-week contract. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced intensive care environment, managing high-acuity cases with a focus on cardiac patients.

Schedule & Logistics

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Days: 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Start Date: November 16, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Valid Georgia or compact nursing license
• AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIHSS certification

Scope of Work

You will primarily work in the ICU with cardiac patients. Float opportunities may include the emergency department, obstetrics, and medical/surgical units, depending on facility needs.

About This Role

This is a direct patient care position in a busy ICU setting. You'll be part of a collaborative nursing team providing critical care to acutely ill and post-operative patients. Morning shift hours and a consistent three-day-per-week schedule provide predictable scheduling.
