Cardiovascular Operating Room Technologist – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced CVOR Tech for a 13-week assignment in the cardiovascular operating room. This role is ideal for a skilled clinician looking for a focused, structured contract with clear expectations.
Schedule & Logistics
- Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week), day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Call: 48–60 hours every 4-week period; weekend call is required
- On-call options: You may sign up for calls on your scheduled workday or day off. Call rarely extends the full 12-hour shift. Two on-call rooms are available for rest during call periods.
- Float expectations: You will be expected to float to the General OR as needed
- Start dates: Every Monday
- Travel radius: Must relocate; no local/commuting candidates
Requirements
- Current CVOR certification or national certification (Georgia state requirements apply)
- Education verification required
- Experience in neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and/or robotic surgery preferred
