RN – Emergency Department
Position Overview
We're seeking an RN for a 13-week contract at a free-standing emergency department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain or expand your ER experience in a focused, supportive setting.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Weekends: Rotating schedule
- Call: None
The Unit
The team is small and collaborative—you'll work alongside a charge nurse and typically one additional RN per shift, supported by CNAs and sitters during daytime hours.
Requirements
- Current RN license (state of Texas)
- Less than 2 years of ER or similar acute care experience preferred
- Free-standing emergency department (FSED) experience is a plus
- Strong team player with a collaborative, inclusive approach
