Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Shift & Duration
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract
- 36 or 48-hour weekly schedules available
- Start date: October 26, 2026
About the Role
You'll deliver direct patient care on a busy telemetry unit, managing monitored patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, supervising nursing staff, coordinating with physicians and specialists, and participating in discharge planning. You'll exercise independent judgment, delegate appropriately, and contribute to a safe, healing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (California)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification from approved vendor
- ACLS certification from approved vendor
- PALS certification from approved vendor
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
