Night Shift | 13-Week Contract

This Emergency Department position is a night shift role (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The contract runs 13 weeks with a start date of October 29, 2026.

The Unit

You'll be working in a fast-paced Emergency Department caring for a diverse patient population that includes chest pain, stroke, and trauma presentations. The department is accredited for chest pain management with primary PCI capability and is stroke certified, reflecting a high standard of time-sensitive, protocol-driven care.

Shift Structure

Night shift is staffed with a CNC, three RNs, a Unit Clerk, and a Greeter — providing solid team support throughout your shift.

Required Certifications

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • TNCC
  • NIH Stroke Scale

Location: Frankfort, KY

What You'll Need

Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-acuity environment managing emergent cardiac, neurological, and trauma cases. Strong skills and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, team-based setting are essential.
