Emergency Room RN – Travel Contract | Zanesville, OH

Night Shift | 13-Week Contract | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

This fast-paced Emergency Department is one of the busiest in Ohio, managing a high volume of acute and emergent presentations across a full-scope ED environment. The unit handles a wide range of emergency cases and includes dedicated trauma bay capacity, making this an excellent placement for experienced ED travelers who thrive in a high-acuity setting.

Schedule & Expectations

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required; excessive holiday RTO requests will not be approved
• Call is not expected and should be a rare occurrence
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours over the 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 completed ED travel assignments and/or 3 years of current/recent ED experience
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS required
• Electronic health record proficiency is mandatory — candidates without this experience will not be considered regardless of ED background

Preferred Certifications

• TNCC and ENPC strongly preferred, though not required
