Echo Technologist — Cardiac Sonography | Lone Tree, CO
13-Week Contract | Days | Rotating Weekends
This cardiology unit provides comprehensive echocardiography services for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The team of cardiac sonographers operates in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with access to modern ultrasound technology.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4 × 10-hour shifts)
- Rotating weekends
- On-call: 2 nights per week, including rotating weekends
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Procedures Performed
- Adult echocardiograms (portable inpatient and outpatient)
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
- Bubble studies
- Definity contrast studies
- Structured reporting on all procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of acute care experience as an Echo Tech
- BLS and RCS certification
- Pediatric echo experience, including basic scanning of neonates/infants
- Proficiency in TEEs and pediatric echocardiography
Preferred Qualifications
- ARDMS certification
