Cardiovascular Invasive Technician – Cath Lab

About the Role

Join a busy cardiovascular lab handling 40–50 cases daily. You'll support diagnostic catheterizations, interventional procedures, and occasional electrophysiology cases in a high-volume acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures and percutaneous coronary interventions
• Manage lab equipment, supplies, and patient monitoring
• Support occasional EP cases; IR procedures are managed separately
• Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety throughout procedures

Requirements

• License: Active state license required
• Certifications: BLS and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI
• Experience: Demonstrated cardiovascular invasive technology background

Schedule & Expectations

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Call requirement: 4–5 times per month (1 weekend per month minimum)
• Minimum 3 days per month on-call availability
• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per 13-week assignment; 3 shifts for shorter assignments
