Night Shift RN – Medical/Surgical Telemetry

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced RN for night shift work in medical/surgical telemetry care. You'll provide direct patient care on a fast-paced unit, managing monitoring, assessment, and treatment of patients with acute medical and surgical conditions.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• 12 months of permanent Med/Surg/Tele experience
• Permanent the facility license or compact state license (in hand at submission)
• Current BLS (American Red Cross) and ACLS certifications
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in your specialty (from an assignment within the past 12 months; charge RN references accepted)

Clinical Assessments

During orientation, you will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments. Passing scores are required.

• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Background check and BCI/FBI clearance required within 48 hours of contract signing
• No open background cases accepted
• Clean driving record required
• Pre-start modules vary by specialty (6–15 hours average); some hours are billable per facility policy
