ICU Registered Nurse | Los Angeles, CA

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36–48 hours/week) | Start Date: October 26, 2026

This ICU position supports a fast-paced critical care unit in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, serving a culturally diverse patient population with a strong emphasis on community health. The unit requires experienced nurses capable of managing high-acuity patients with independence and sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering coordinated nursing care using the full nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervising and directing assigned nursing staff across various levels
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, patient-centered care
• Providing patient and family education and participating in discharge planning
• Delegating appropriately within the healthcare team

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure in California
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care/ICU experience
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• BSN preferred

Additional Details:

• Holiday RTO will not be approved
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Day shift position
