Shift Schedule
- Thursdays & Fridays: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Required Credentials
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- ARRT Certified CT Technologist
- ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist (R)
- California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology License
Clinical Scope
You'll perform a full range of CT imaging studies including CNS, musculoskeletal, body, and angiography. Code Stroke Protocol experience is essential. Cardiac experience is preferred but not required. Occasional IV placement may be needed.
Unit Details
Work in a dedicated CT department with two scanners. You'll not float to other areas. A radiology supervisor and lead technologist are on-site. Radiologists are available in-house during weekday daytime hours. Radiologic residents assist with patient transportation. Comprehensive department orientation is provided, and training on scanner equipment is available for those without prior experience.
