Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ER and swing bed settings
- Respond to acute and urgent patient needs with clinical confidence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans
- Support patients and families through medical crises
- Manage multiple patients across varying acuity levels
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (Colorado)
- BLS certification
- ER or acute care experience preferred
