Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift, 36/48 schedule)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

About the Role
The facility's ICU is seeking an experienced RN to deliver coordinated, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. You'll supervise and direct nursing staff activities, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to manage complex patient situations.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and analyze data to identify care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with prescribed interventions
- Monitor progress toward patient outcomes and adjust care as needed
- Supervise and delegate appropriately to nursing team members
- Coordinate care delivery across disciplines in a safe, healing environment
- Educate patients, families, and team members
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure in California
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- Current BLS certification (approved vendor)
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
