Medical-Surgical RN – Night Shift | Chattanooga, TN
This Medical-Surgical unit provides care for a diverse patient population across a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions. Clinical complexity includes respiratory diseases, renal disease, gastrointestinal illnesses, telemetry monitoring, and management of CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips. The unit is well-supported by Clinical Coordinators, a Unit Secretary, Patient Care Technicians, and Case Management.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Start Date: September 23, 2026
Scheduling Expectations
- 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule
- Participation in holiday rotation
- Floating into rotation with other unit staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Demonstrated Medical-Surgical experience, including telemetry, CVC management, heparin drips, and care of patients with respiratory, renal, and GI conditions
- Strong communication, teamwork, compassion, and collaboration skills

- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
