MRI Technologist | Outpatient Radiology | Myrtle Beach, SC

This outpatient MRI position is based on a campus attached to an emergency department, serving a steady outpatient volume with occasional ER add-ons. The unit operates with a small, focused team — one clerical staff member and one MRI technologist per shift — providing a collaborative, efficient work environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Floating: Not required

Clinical Scope

• Routine MRI and MRA exams
• Body imaging, MSK imaging, and neuro imaging
• Contrast injections (IV training required)
• Approximately 8 exams per day at a pace of one patient every 45 minutes

Requirements

• ARRT (MRI) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 3 years of MRI experience
• IV access training

Dress Code

• Grey scrubs
