Surgical Technologist – CVOR | La Jolla, CA

13-Week Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (06:00–14:30)

This travel opportunity places a skilled CVOR Surgical Technologist in a fast-paced cardiovascular operating room environment in La Jolla, California. The role involves scrubbing for a range of cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity OR setting.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 5x8-hour shifts, 06:00–14:30
• Work week: Sunday–Saturday
• On-call required: 2 shifts per week (weekday call 19:00–06:30; weekend call 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00)

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA accepted)
• NBSTSA certification (hard requirement)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of concurrent CVOR Surgical Tech experience
• Travel experience required
• Candidates must not reside within a 100-mile radius of the facility
• 7 days max RTO; no new RTO requests after submittal
• 1 supervisory reference required
• Interview availability expected within 3 business days of submission
