Pharmacist – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility's 24/7 pharmacy seeks an experienced pharmacist to join a clinically diverse team. You'll support inpatient and outpatient services across multiple patient populations and acuity levels.
Shift & Schedule
- 10-hour shifts with varied start times (5:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 10:00 AM)
- Every other weekend required
- Day and evening rotations
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Clinical Scope
You'll provide pharmacy services for NICU, pediatric, adult, geriatric, and oncology patients. Sterile compounding experience is desired, and oncology infusion center experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid California Pharmacist license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Pharmacy residency and/or BCPS preferred
- Minimum experience level (no new graduates)
Team & Support
- Floor-specific orientation provided
- Hospitalist support in-house
- IV team and RT coverage 24/7
- Professional white coat dress code
