Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join its surgical team on the ground floor. You'll support a high-volume OR serving multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Schedule & Duration
- Shift: 12-hour days, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
- Contract: 89 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 weekly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
- AHS BLS certification (required)
- AHA ACLS certification (preferred)
Clinical Scope
You'll circulate and scrub cases across multiple specialties, including robotics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology. Experience with diverse surgical cases and the ability to adapt quickly across specialties is essential.
Holiday Expectations
You must work 2 of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, plus 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
