NICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Syracuse, NY

This 13-week travel contract places you in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing specialized care for critically ill and premature neonates. The unit operates at a Level IV scope of care, managing complex cases that require advanced clinical skill and sound independent judgment.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
• Guaranteed hours

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks

Required Certifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
• Level IV NICU experience required
• Proficiency with electronic health record charting required

Dress Code

• Any color scrubs

This role is well-suited for an experienced NICU nurse comfortable with the full spectrum of neonatal critical care, including management of extremely premature infants, complex surgical patients, and neonates requiring advanced respiratory and hemodynamic support.
