General Medical-Surgical Unit – Travel Nursing Position
Position Overview
Join the medical-surgical unit at the facility in Atlanta, GA for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll provide care to patients across a range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 hours per week
- Guaranteed hours throughout the contract
- Start date: November 23, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of medical-surgical nursing experience
- AHA BLS certification (required)
- NIHSS certification (required)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
What You'll Do
You'll work as part of a collaborative nursing team, delivering comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, post-operative monitoring, and patient education.
