Travel RN – Telemetry
The Opportunity
Join the telemetry unit for a 13-week contract working nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You'll care for patients with a large cardiac population, including those on dedicated telemetry and progressive care floors. The role includes floating to other inpatient med/tele and rehabilitation units.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and care for telemetry patients across multiple acuity levels
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care for diverse patient populations (acute and chronic conditions)
- Float flexibly to support med/tele and rehab units as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care telemetry hospital experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong telemetry skills
- Flexibility, teamwork, and compassion
- Willingness to float and adapt to different units
Nice to Have
Chemotherapy certification (opens additional scheduling opportunities on the oncology unit)
The Unit
The facility maintains a collaborative, family-oriented culture where staff support one another. You'll work alongside day and night shift RNs and CNAs in a team-based environment focused on patient-centered care.
