Emergency Department Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 3 × 12-hour schedule, providing care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Trauma care experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Georgia or compact state nursing license
• Travel background preferred

What to Expect

You'll join a busy emergency team managing a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels. This role demands comfort with rapid patient turnover, multitasking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Night shift experience is a plus but not mandatory if you're adaptable to the NOC schedule.
