Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to swing-bed patients
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for swing-bed services
• Float to acute care services as needed
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Requirements

• Current OT license (state or compact); license must be verified prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions available)

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 5, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
