Labor & Delivery Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse for a 20-week night shift assignment.Schedule & Expectations
- Every-other-weekend rotation
- One 12-hour call shift per schedule
- Float within facility and scope of practice as needed
- Maximum 7 days RTO per contract (finalize at time of submission)
- Holiday work expected if major holidays fall within your assignment period
Clinical Role
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years labor & delivery experience (first-time travelers considered)
- Current RN license (Georgia or Compact)
- ACLS, BLS, NRPS, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
- Clinical screening by facility team required for fit determination
Onboarding
- Return to Onsite (RTO) within 7 days maximum
- Full compliance required to start on schedule
- 36 hours of orientation (non-billable hours included in contract)
- All compliance documents due by Tuesday prior to start date
