CVICU Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced CVICU Nurse to join the cardiovascular intensive care unit on a 13-week contract. You'll provide direct patient care to post-operative cardiac surgery patients, acute coronary syndrome cases, and other high-acuity cardiovascular patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention.
Schedule & Requirements
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 9, 2026
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced critical care environment. Responsibilities include hemodynamic monitoring, post-operative assessments, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
