Registered Nurse – ICU
Location: Warner Robins, GA
Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 × 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 9, 2026
Position Overview
The facility's ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the night shift team. You'll provide direct care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where clinical judgment and strong technical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients, including those on mechanical ventilation
- Perform IV insertions and PICC line placements
- Monitor and respond to rapid patient changes
- Document care using the facility's charting system
- Float to other departments and facilities as staffing needs arise
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (GA or compact)
- Minimum 18 months of ICU experience
- Ventilator management experience
- IV insertion and PICC line experience
- BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Current certifications required before start date
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Float assignments are department-based and monitored
- Travel experience preferred
