Day Shift | 4x10 Hours | 13-Week Contract

This OR position focuses on vascular surgery cases and requires candidates with hands-on experience in this specialty. Shifts run 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, four days per week, with 1–2 on-call shifts expected per week.

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of permanent (staff) vascular surgery OR experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid compact license required at time of submission
• BLS certification must be active and in hand at submission
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty — must be from within the past 12 months
• No open background check cases; no license history hits accepted
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Additional Notes

• ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments are completed during orientation; two attempts allowed
• Pre-start modules average 6–15 hours and are completed prior to the start date
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free policy (temporary exemption, honored until further notice)

Candidates must hold their Ohio or compact license prior to submission — pending licensure will not be considered.
