Shift: Days, 5 × 8s (Monday–Friday, start time 7:00 or 8:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
This opportunity places you in an active cardiac catheterization lab in Northern California's scenic wine country, within easy reach of the coast and the Bay Area.
Clinical Scope
The cath lab manages a full range of interventional and emergent cardiac cases. Required experience includes:
- Structural heart procedures
- Vascular interventions
- Diagnostic catheterizations
- Impella support
- ECMO
- Emergent/urgent cath cases
Schedule & On-Call Expectations
- Monday–Friday day shift schedule
- Call required 2 days per week
- 1–2 weekends on call per month
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in California (or compact eligibility)
- BLS certification (AHA-approved)
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 5 years of cath lab nursing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the full scope of procedures listed above
- BSN preferred
Nice to Have
- Prior acute care facility experience in a high-volume interventional environment
This is a hands-on, high-acuity role suited for an experienced cath lab nurse comfortable managing complex structural and emergent cases alongside call responsibilities.
