ICU Registered Nurse | Aiken, SC | 13-Week Contract

This multidisciplinary ICU manages a broad, high-acuity patient population including neurological, neurosurgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma cases. Clinicians work with a wide range of advanced critical care technology and interventions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Travel requirement: Must reside 50+ miles from the facility

Clinical Scope

The unit utilizes advanced monitoring and support modalities, including ventilator management, ventriculostomies, arterial lines, central lines, PICC lines, pulmonary artery catheters, IABP, ECMO/Tandem Heart, Impella, CRRT, BIS monitoring, continuous pulse oximetry, and IV infusion management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU acute care experience
• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• CPI certification (Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training)
• Charting experience in an electronic health record system

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN highly desired

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Practice in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards
