Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks (with potential extension)
- Shift: 4 × 12-hour nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend required; no call
- Start Date: November 8, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
About the Role
This Medical-Surgical position is located in Wichita, KS, within a facility that serves a general adult patient population across a range of medical and surgical diagnoses. You will work in a fast-paced environment managing moderate- to high-acuity patients, with strong interdisciplinary support.
Float coverage to like units on the same campus or to another campus within the Wichita area is expected and required.
Dress Code: Ceil blue scrubs
Required Credentials (for Submission)
- Active RN license (Nursys verification)
- License/Certificate Verification

Onboarding Requirements
- Core competency assessment and EKG exam
- Color vision screening
- Standard immunization documentation (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap)
- TB testing: 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot)
- Respirator fit test
- 11-panel drug screen
- Background check and employment/education verification
Ideal Candidate
- Current RN license valid in Kansas (or compact eligibility)
- Prior Med-Surg experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with night shift and float expectations
- EKG interpretation skills beneficial
