Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Position Overview

The facility's cardiac catheterization laboratory is seeking an experienced technologist to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for cardiac patients and interventional radiology procedures. You'll work in a fast-paced environment managing STEMI cases, vascular emergencies, pacemaker insertions, Impella placements, and balloon pump insertions.

Schedule & Contract

• Shift: Day 4×10 hours (06:00–16:00)
• On-call: 24/7 rotation — 7 days on, 7 days off
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 10, 2026

Requirements

• Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) certification required
• ARRT certification preferred
• CPR certification required
• Associate's degree in applied science from an accredited radiology or cardiovascular technology school
• Minimum 1+ years hospital-based acute care experience
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Neuro IR experience preferred
• Circulating experience required
• First-time travelers accepted

Additional Notes

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (high Spanish-speaking patient population; translator staff available)
• Prior supervisory reference required with submission
• Any prior legal action must be disclosed at time of application
• Pre-start modules (approximately 4–8 hours, completed before your first day)
