Position: Medical-Surgical Nurse

Location: Wichita, KS

Assignment Details:

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend; no call
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Start Date: November 15, 2026

The Role:

You'll provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, supporting patients across a range of acute conditions and recovery stages. You may float to similar units on the same campus or other campuses within Wichita based on facility needs.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Kansas or multi-state compact)
• Current Licensure/Certificate Verification
• ACLS or equivalent certification required at onboarding
• Physical ability to perform patient care duties

What to Expect:

• Ceil blue scrubs
• Electronic health record documentation
• Standard clinical competency validation and orientation
• Pre-assignment health screening and immunizations (MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB screening, fit testing, and drug screen)
• Background check
