Interventional Radiology Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
You'll support interventional radiology procedures, assisting physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic imaging-guided interventions. Your role includes positioning patients, managing equipment, monitoring vital signs, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months permanent, full-time experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Current, active BLS certification
- Permanent Ohio license (compact licenses accepted for starts on or after 1/1/2023)
- One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in interventional radiology required at time of submission
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Key Details
- Orientation and competency assessments required during onboarding
- Background screening and drug screening (10-panel plus nicotine) within 12 months of start date
- Fingerprinting and badging must be completed prior to your start date
- No on-call or weekend requirements for this day-shift role
