Med Surg

Medical-Surgical / Respiratory RN — Night Shift | Zanesville, OH

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Hours: 36/week

Available Start Dates: November 4th or November 16th

This position is primarily based on a Respiratory unit that manages patients with respiratory illness, including COVID-19. The RN may float occasionally to other Med-Surg units covering Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.

Schedule Details

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirement
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Step-Down experience
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret telemetry — a competency test is administered on Day 1; inability to pass will result in termination
