Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Richmond, VA

This 13-week travel contract places you in a fast-paced Emergency Department in Richmond, VA, working night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The department sees a broad range of acuity levels and includes a dedicated fast-track area for lower-acuity patients alongside a main ED treating higher-acuity and critical presentations.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Variable start times based on patient volume and arrival patterns
• Every other weekend as needed; no on-call required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Preferred Certifications

• NIHSS
• ENP
• CPI

Unit Details

• Working alongside charge nurses, techs, and paramedics
• Staffing adjusts with census and patient flow
• No floating required
