Cardiac Catheterization Lab – RN / RCIS / RT

Richmond, VA | 13-Week Contract | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

About the Role

The facility is seeking experienced cardiac catheterization lab professionals to join a dynamic interventional cardiology team. You'll work in a high-volume cath lab performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, complex PCIs, peripheral cases, and occasional device placements. The team also manages Impella and balloon-pump support cases.

What You'll Need

• Current RN, RCIS, or RT licensure/certification
• Proven experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex case environment
• Professional demeanor with strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to respond to call-back within 30 minutes when needed

Experience in a high-volume lab handling complex cases is preferred.

Schedule & Expectations

• Shift: 4 × 10-hour days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• On-Call: Some weekends and weekdays
• No floating required
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Working Environment

The lab operates with 10–11 staff per day, including RNs and cardiovascular technologists. You'll work with 3 staff per room, ensuring safe, efficient patient care. Light blue scrubs are provided.
