Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (nights)
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

About the Role
You will deliver coordinated nursing care to telemetry patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This position includes supervisory responsibilities—you'll direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, safe patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care using the nursing process
- Supervise and coordinate duties of healthcare team members
- Monitor patients and evaluate progress toward care outcomes
- Facilitate patient and family education
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to a safe, healing care environment through critical thinking and clinical judgment
Requirements
- License: Current RN licensure in California required
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
This is a hands-on nursing role in a busy telemetry setting. You'll work nights in a collaborative environment and be expected to manage patient assignments with independence and sound clinical judgment.
