Med Surg
Medical-Surgical Float Pool RN – Little Rock, AR
12-Week Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
This float pool position rotates across a Med/Onc unit, two surgical units, and two medical units. Nurses are assigned to areas based on daily staffing needs, so flexibility and solid med-surg fundamentals are essential.

RNs provide total care without PCA support. Telemetry is minimal — only occasional strip reading — with remote monitoring support available.
