NICU Registered Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You'll provide direct care to critically ill newborns in a Level IV NICU setting, working nights to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Minimum 2+ years of NICU RN experience
- Level IV NICU experience required
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems
What You'll Do
Care for medically complex newborns in a high-acuity NICU environment. You'll perform assessments, manage lines and monitoring equipment, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
