Emergency Department RN – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week contract on the night shift.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Every other weekend
- No blocked scheduling
Requirements
- Active and clear New York State RN License
- Minimum 3+ years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Level II trauma experience required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with the facility's electronic health record system
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel nursing experience
What to Expect
You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing diverse patient acuity levels and trauma cases. The role includes standard ED nursing responsibilities within a Level II trauma environment.
